• In no event shall ZenUp’s maximum liability exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Payment and Default

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Assignment

Neither party may assign or transfer rights under these Terms without prior written consent from the other party.
